Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix together graham crackers, brown sugar, and melted butter with a fork until moist.
Press mixture into a pie pan and bake for 10 minutes.
#SpoonTip: Use your measuring cup to evenly press the graham cracker crust into the pie pan.
Mix sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice together.
Pour mixture into the baked crust.
Reset oven to 325°F.
Bake for 25 minutes. At which point, the middle should be set (aka not super wiggly).
#SpoonTip: If you have time, let it cool and refrigerate for 8 hours.
Serve with whipped cream, and enjoy.
