I love bagels. But I love donuts even more. So fry up some dough like a donut, pipe it full of cream cheese, sprinkle it with everything bagel seasoning and top with chives and you have the greatest invention ever.

Everything Bagel Donut

  • 1 package biscuit
  • 2 tablespoon everything toppings
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • Canola oil
  • Chives

  • Step 1

    Carefully heat 2 inches of oil to 345º F in a skillet. Fry biscuits for two minutes, one minute per side. Lay on paper towels to soak up excess oil.

  • Step 2

    In a microwaveable bowl, melt cream cheese until smooth. Fill a plastic bag with the melty cream cheese and cut the corner off to make a pipping bag.

  • Step 3

    Using a skewer, poke a small hole in the doughnut bagel. Then pipe in cream cheese.

  • Step 4

    Melt butter and brush on top of the doughnut bagels. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and top with chives.
