How to Make an Entire Cake Out of Ice Cream Sandwiches

I like to impress people, but I’m also willing to admit that I’m pretty lazy. So when it’s my friend’s birthday or I’m going to some sort of event that requires a food item, I’ve gotta find the perfect thing to bring that both impresses but requires minimal effort.

That’s where this cake comes in. Just buy a box of ice cream sandwiches and a tub of Cool Whip and get your stack on. In this version I got fancy by adding caramel sauce and sea salt because even though I’m a lazy ass, I still keep it classy.
