Ingredients
  • 1 egg, poached
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 strips bacon

Step 1

Slice an avocado in half and carve out a space for the egg in the middle.

Place your poached egg in the hole you made in one of the avocado halves and seal the egg in with the other half of the avocado.
