    Add some olive oil to your pan at medium-high heat on the stove.

    Add a couple handfuls of spinach to your pan and stir it.

    Cut three baby tomatoes in half. Then add them to your pan and stir them in.

    Chop the red onion and add it to the pan. Stir the ingredients.

    Add some salt and pepper for flavor, stir, and then add the spinach, tomato and onion to your wheat wrap.

    Now spray your pan with Pam and crack your egg. You can cook it sunny side up.
