3-Ingredient Starbucks PSL Creamer for the Broke and Busy Coffee Addict

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at SLU chapter.

Fall is finally here. We are surrounded by plaid, apples, crunchy leaves, the smell of cinnamon, and pumpkins. Everywhere you go there are advertisements for “Pumpkin Spice This” and “Pumpkin Spice That” and Starbucks’ Pumpkin Spice Latte continues to dominate this craze.

As broke college students, we are torn between coughing up $5 to indulge in this seasonal treat or being fiscally conscious and settling for black coffee from our Keurig.

I love PSLs as much as the next college girl but I am not willing to drop that much dime for a cup of coffee. That is why I am sharing this copycat recipe with the world. Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer is simple to make and perfect for busy mornings. The creamer is an ideal substitute to a PSL from Starbucks and comes without any long lines or hefty bills.
