During the summer, everyone's looking for the best, most refreshing ways to cool down. Snow cones are the perfect way to stay cool and hydrated on a hot day. Thinking back to my childhood, I remember that whenever I ate a snow cone, I would drink all of the juice or syrup and just be left with plain ice. Typical kid move, right?

In an attempt to solve this problem, I decided to make the ice cubes themselves out of juice. This snow cone recipe also allows for creativity to make your snow cones as healthy as you want by picking your favorite juices and eliminating those sugary syrups you find in most snow cones.

These flavor-packed snow cones are so simple to make and are definitely a crowd pleaser. You can also experiment and layer different juice flavors. Blend it up, pop it in a mason jar, and you've got one Insta-worthy snow cone!
