Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Jamie Cohen

In a medium bowl, mix together plain greek yogurt, egg, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

  2. Jamie Cohen

Add the half banana and mash into the mixture.

  3. Jamie Cohen

Add rolled oats and baking powder (the dry ingredients) into the wet mixture.

  4. Jamie Cohen

Fold blueberries into the mixture. Feel free to add as many blueberries as you would like, or choose other mix-ins!

  5. Jamie Cohen

Heat your waffle iron and coat it with cooking spray. The cooking spray might be unnecessary depending on what type of waffle iron you have.

  6. Jamie Cohen

Cook the waffle until it is golden brown. (Note: My waffle iron is abnormally large. This recipe will make a full waffle using most waffle irons).

  7. Jamie Cohen

Plate your waffle, then add syrup and blueberries. These waffles are already so sweet, you might not want syrup!

This recipe is easily modified, and you can add whatever toppings you would like! These healthy greek yogurt protein waffles are the perfect way to keep you full and to fuel your day
