Place 3/4 of white chocolate in a microwaveable bowl.
Microwave chocolate in 30 second intervals until melted. This usually takes 1-2 minutes.
Hold each pretzel rod above the bowl of melted white chocolate and coat 3/4 of the rod evenly using a spoon.
Place pretzels on a lined baking sheet and add two mini chocolate chips towards the top as eyes. Freeze for 5 minutes.
Microwave the other 1/4 cup of white chocolate in the same manner as above.
Use a spoon to drizzle white chocolate in thick lines across each pretzel rod.
Put pretzels back in the freezer for another 5 minutes or until chocolate has completely set.
Remove from the freezer and cut off any extra white chocolate drizzle from the sides of the pretzels.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
The best part of these recipes is how easy they are to customize. Want a more adult magic wand? Use chopped nuts, dried cranberries, or orange zest instead of sprinkles. Don’t like dark chocolate? Replace it with melted milk chocolate or peanut butter chips. Don’t want to buy candy eyeballs? Use mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips to make your own.
Whether they’re for a Halloween party or a pre-trick-or-treating snack, they’ll make everyone who tries them scream in delight.
