I love making pizza. The one problem is, if you want to go all in and make your own pizza dough you have to deal with yeast. This super easy Greek yogurt pizza dough saves you the trouble, it takes a quarter of the time and tastes just as good. I topped mine with the traditional cheese and pizza sauce but you can always add pesto or ham and pineapple to the party.

    Whisk together flour, salt and baking powder. Add in Greek yogurt and stir until the dough comes together.

    Knead dough for 5-10 minutes. Add more flour if the dough is too wet. It should be slightly sticky to the touch.

    Shape dough on a baking sheet. Spread with tomato sauce and top with cheese. Bake in a 400º F oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
