How to Make Goldfish-Crusted Buffalo Mozzarella Sticks

Ready for the best creation ever? Okay, all you need are some cheese sticks, a bag of Goldfish, eggs, and buffalo sauce (optional, recommended) and you’ve got yourself a ridiculously cheesy Goldfish crusted mozzarella stick snack. Good luck eating just one, especially after some late night studying, drinking or Netflix and chillin’.

Goldfish-Crusted Buffalo Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients
  • 1 package mozzarella string cheese
  • 2 cup Goldfish, crushed
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup hot sauce

Step 1

Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk into an egg wash.

Step 2

Crush Goldfish in a bag.

Step 3

Dip mozzarella stick in egg wash and roll in crushed Goldfish.

Step 4

Pour buffalo sauce into a shallow bowl. Roll mozzarella sticks into buffalo sauce and then roll in Goldfish a second time.

Step 5

Freeze mozzarella sticks for 2-3 hours.

Step 6

Toast for 5 minutes at 375°F.
