If you're a gluten-free eater and have been dying for a cinnamon roll since FOREVER, I have good news for you. These gingerbread cinnamon rolls are made from Bob's Red Mill pizza crust mix, so you can have gooey, delicious, holiday-spiced rolls in less than two hours. Added bonus: no expensive, weird-tasting, use-once-then-condemn-to-the-back-of-the-pantry gluten-free flours. Talk about a win.

All you need are some spices and molasses, plus a generous slathering of cream cheese frosting, and you're on your way to holiday bliss.

Ingredients
  • 1 package Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Mix plus ingredients for recipe on package
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cloves

Step 1

Follow instructions for cinnamon rolls on pizza crust package, adding the molasses and vanilla at the same time as the eggs.

Before adding the crust mix, add the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves.

Finish preparing cinnamon rolls as instructed.

Whip together 6 oz cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar to use as frosting.
