Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cup rice
  • 2 scallions

Step 1

Dice the onions, mince the garlic, and chop the scallion.

Step 2

Grease a large saucepan with oil and toss in the onions, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Cook until the onions soften and turn brown.

Add the kimchi and cook for a few minutes until the kimchi turns crisp at the edges.

Add the rice, sesame oil, and scallion. Stir thoroughly and cook for about five minutes.
