If you’re looking for a quick, easy, and filling Asian dish to make at home, try this kimchi fried rice recipe.

Kimchi, a popular Korean side dish, is a rising food trend in the United States and will provide the micronutrients to help power through your day. Kimchi is a source of vitamin A, vitamin C, fiber, and probiotics to balance your intestinal system. The sour zing of kimchi provides a nice change from typical fried rice, and the fragrant aroma will remain in the room even after you’re done cooking.

#SpoonTip: Top off your kimchi fried rice with a fried egg, gim, and sesame seeds. You can also throw in your choice of meat or tofu as a source of protein.
