1 container of baby arugula
3 peeled grapefruits
1 cup pistachios without shell (toasted or raw)
Pomegranate balsamic vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. Cut grapefruit into small pieces.

2. Add arugula, pistachios, and grapefruit into large bowl.
