Forget About Cereal and Make These Oatmeal Muffins Instead

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Virginia Tech chapter.

These oatmeal muffins are completely customizable and are the perfect breakfast if you’re always craving something new and different. The recipe makes 16 muffins, so that gives you 16 chances to think of a new and exciting topping for each muffin.

Top a few oatmeal muffins with dried apples and butterscotch chips. Sprinkle shredded coconut and garam masala on one. Toss some frozen raspberries and chocolate chips on a few more. Or use toppings entirely your own and figure out what you like best in the morning.
