If you’re in the mood for something soft, gooey, sweet, melty, chocolaty and peanut buttery, you need to make these cookies immediately. Thought the description of these treats couldn’t get any better? Well hear this: you only need 4 ingredients to make them. This means, yes, they are flourless (just in time for Passover) and yes, you only need 15 minutes to make these little bites of heaven. The peanut butter makes these cookies nutty and rich and keeps them gooey for days, while the semi-sweet chocolate gives the sweetness a sharper bite. You’ll be amazed at what you can make with so few ingredients and so little time. Enjoy!
