5 Creative Quesadillas You Can Make in the Dining Hall

Have you ever tried making a quesadilla in the dining hall? You feel like a genius for having thought to make it without the help of the kitchen staff. It’s good the first few times, but the standard mix of cheese and chicken can get pretty dull.

We’ve thought of some ways to jazz up your quesadillas with recipes you may have never even dreamed of. Most of these ingredients should be in your dining hall any day of the week, but just to be safe, check the Rutgers App under the food section to see if the dining hall near you has everything you need.

3. Place the folded wrap on a panini press for 4 minutes or until grill marks appear on the wrap. Another good indicator that your quesadilla is ready is that the cheese is melted. Remove with tongs and enjoy.
