  • 2 lb mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 4 pieces garlic
  • 4 table spoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 carrots optional

  • Step 1

    Cut an onion, a carrot, pieces of garlic into small pieces and quarter the mushrooms.

    Pour 4 table spoons of vegetable oil into a cooking pot.

    Add the onion, carrot and garlic into the pod with oil and stir fry until onion and garlic turn golden.

    Add chopped mushrooms to the pod with onions, carrot and garlic.
