This Eggplant Pizza Is a Dazzling Substitute For Classic Slices
Pizza is one of the greatest inventions of all time. It's more than a dish, it is a tradition that involves different social situations. Pizza means friends and beers, after-game celebrations, Netflix and chill nights and 12-year-olds' birthday parties. It's usually delicious and even by mentioning it you can get smiles all over the place. But as with all good things, one must pay a price. It is easy, it can be very tasteful, but classic pizza is not the healthiest option in the menu.
So, who said food we associate with being unhealthy can't have a fresh change of face? This eggplant pizza will never substitute the crunchy crust, but it won't leave you regretting the unnecessary excessive ingest of refined carbohydrates and trust me, it also tastes incredible. I'm not suggesting you stop eating pizza, 'm just giving you another appetizing option out here.

I prepared mine with what I had, but you can put whatever topping you like on yours. That is the beauty of this pizza, it is faster to make than any other, and depending what you put on it it can be heavenly delicious. My personal advise: the olives one tastes u n b e l i e v a b le. I'm thinking pineapple for my next one...what will be yours?
