Step Up Your Breakfast Game with Egg Brûlée

When you think breakfast, eggs immediately come to mind. Eggs are packed with high-quality protein, healthy fats, and plenty of vitamins and minerals. Not to mention, they are delicious. Unfortunately, sometimes the classic scrambled eggs can get a bit boring, so step up your breakfast game with egg brûlée. It's similar to crème brûlée in that it has a crunchy, caramelized crust, but can be enjoyed first thing in the morning for breakfast.
