This Healthy Banana Split is Basically Dessert for Breakfast

Bananas are great for a healthy breakfast because they have protein and are high in potassium, but by themselves they’re a tad boring. By adding some peanut butter, yogurt, and granola, you’ve got a complete meal high in protein that’ll give you the energy to start your day off right. Top with fruit and chocolate chips to make it extra dope.

Ingredients
  • 1 peeled banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Granola
  • Chocolate chips
  • Mixed fruit

Step 1

Cut peeled banana in half, lengthwise.

Place banana halves in bowl with cut sides facing inward.

Step 3

Spread peanut butter over banana halves.

Spoon yogurt out of container and place in center of banana halves.
