What better way to enjoy the spring season and warmer weather than indulging in some flavorful cocktails? After a long and cold winter, a refreshing cocktail is an ideal way to ring in the change in season — especially when an outdoor patio is involved. But, there are also plenty of easy spring mocktails to try, too, if you want to get into the springtime spirit minus the, well, spirits.
If you’re sober-curious, underage, or if cocktails just aren’t your thing, you can of course opt for other popular refreshing beverages like iced teas, lemonades, and smoothies to beat the heat. But, if you’re really wanting a drink that mimics a cocktail, consider making a spring mocktail. These non-alcoholic drinks often feature the same ingredients that you would normally use for a cocktail, but rather than alcohol, the base is often soda, fruit juice, or sparkling water — all fun and refreshing additions to an ice cold beverage. Plus, mocktails are perfect for your rewatch of The White Lotus, a yap session with your besties, sitting outside in your backyard, or even packing up to take to the beach, regardless of the time of day.
Plus, there are still plenty of ways to capture the essence of your favorite cocktails without any booze while also tying in the best flavors of the season, from fruits to florals. If you’re looking for some festive and easy recipes to join in on the springtime fun, here are 10 easy spring mocktails to make at home with all of the fun refreshment, and none of the booze.
