This overnight oats recipe is one of my personal favorite breakfast recipes. It's healthy (Greek yogurt adds protein and chia seeds bring antioxidants), easy to make, and absolutely delicious.

I often add blueberries and cinnamon into the mix for additional flavor, but I recommend experimenting with some different flavor combinations and seeing what you like. Get creative with it!

Pro tip: when you're near the end of a jar of peanut butter, make this recipe and store it in the jar for extra delicious, peanut butter-y oats!

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk – I like oat milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Handful blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch cinnamon
