3 Boozy Brunch Drinks That Are Way Better Than Mimosas

Brunch is the greatest meal of the day. You can have pancakes or waffles, sausage or bacon, eggs scrambled or over-easy, or just the entire menu. But no brunch is truly complete without a drink. With the weather in the mid-nineties (and no cooler weather in sight), it’s time to turn on the blender so you can whip up icy brunch drinks (because traditional mimosas just won’t cut it).

Blended Sangria

Blended Sangria

Easy

Total Time: 2 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 cup red wine, cold
1/2 cup berry sorbet
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp orange juice

Directions:

Add red wine, berry sorbet, mixed berries, lime juice and orange juice to blender. Blend until smooth.

Spiked Vanilla Berry Smoothie

Easy

Total Time: 2 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 cup white wine, cold
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries

Directions:

Add white wine, yogurt and frozen mixed berries to blender. Blend until smooth.

Frozen Raspberry Mimosa

Easy

Total Time: 2 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 cup champagne, cold
1 cup raspberry sorbet
1/4 cup frozen raspberries

Directions:

Add champagne, raspberry sorbet and frozen raspberries to blender. Blend until smooth.
