Breakfast Tacos

  • 3 Goldhen Large Eggs
  • 3 Casa Mamita Taco Shells
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup Little Salad Bar Flat Leaf Spinach
  • 1 cup Fit & Active 2% Milk Mexican Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Casa Mamita Mild Salsa
  • Burman's Hot Sauce
  • Step 1

    Crack eggs in a microwave safe cup or bowl and whisk until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Microwave eggs for 45 seconds.

  • Step 3

    After 45 seconds, take out the eggs and flip the part that has cooked. Put them back in the microwave for another 45 seconds so they can cook fully. So easy, amirite?

  • Step 4

    Scramble ’em.

    Slice up and scoop out some avocado.
