Milk tea, also known as bubble tea, boba tea or pearl milk tea, is a popular sweet drink that originates from Taiwan. There are hundreds of different types of milk tea that you can make, ranging from the classic milk tea to taro and honeydew flavors and served hot or cold. Authentic bubble tea shops are sometimes difficult to find here in the States, but luckily, you can savor a simpler and equally tasty version (sans the bubbles) right in your very own dining hall.
