How to Make a Healthy Dessert Smoothie

Bananas go well with peanut butter, and peanut butter goes well with chocolate, so why not combine the three? The creaminess of the banana, the richness of the cocoa powder and the saltiness of the peanut butter come together to create a dessert smoothie ready in a matter of minutes. It might as well be a milkshake, except much healthier. Whip this up at the end of a busy day, because you’ve earned it.

Easy

Total Time: 3 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
½ banana
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
½ cup milk, any kind (I used coconut)
