Taco Bell Reuben Crunchwrap Supreme

    Ingredients

  • 1 russet potato
  • Olive oil
  • 1 burrito-sized tortilla
  • 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup sauerkraut
  • 1/8 cup chopped corned beef
  • 1 chopped jalapeño
  • Thousand Island dressing

  • Step 1

    Thinly slice one potato, toss in olive oil, bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.

  • Step 2

    After the potato is done baking, place it in the middle of a burrito-sized tortilla.

  • Step 3

    Next, add shredded Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef, chopped corned beef, and jalapeño.

  • Step 4

    Finish it off with a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing.

  • Step 5

    Fold each side inward, and then cook it for 3 minutes face down in a pan.
