Cilantro Lime Avocado Dressing

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons water

    Add all your ingredients to a food processor and blend until creamy.

    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then pour onto your favorite salad.
