Thinly slice carrots into rounds and cut a small triangle out of each slice. Stick the triangle into the hole of each small olive.

Cut a large slit in the side of each large olive. This will be the penguin’s body.

Place about 4 tablespoons of cream cheese in a resealable plastic bag and cut off the bottom so it makes a piping bag.

Squeeze cream cheese into each large olive, then place it on top of the large carrot piece (the penguin’s feet).

Take each small olive with beak and place it on top of the large olive body, and stick a tooth pick to hold all the pieces together.
