Anyone who has tried to whip something up in their dorm knows it’s nearly impossible to keep a dorm room constantly stocked with the right baking ingredients. Except maybe for the steady supply of chocolate chips, but we all know those are just for eating straight out of the bag… right?

Fear not, here I’ve provided a 3-ingredient recipe that will satisfy your cravings for quality cookies in next to no time at all.  You just need a box of cake mix, oil, and eggs—totally doable.  If you’re feeling creative, you can even play around with different combinations and mix-ins. I’ve included two of my favorites for a little inspiration. Bon Appétit.

Easy

*Cake mixes have a tendency to differ, so if the dough seems too dry, feel free to add a little extra oil.
