Chocolate Mocha Protein Pancakes
Protein powder isn’t just for protein smoothies, folks. In fact, whey protein makes some pretty bomb pancakes. You can start your day with a protein-filled breakfast in many ways, but if you’re feeling something sweet and have a little extra time to jazz up your pancakes, then by all means, knock yourself out with this chocolatey stack of heaven that will leave you guilt-free.
Chocolate Mocha Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon Walden Farms Calorie Free Caramel Syrup
- 1/4 cup Cafe Mocha M&M's
- 2/3 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Lean Body For Her Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground cardamom
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2/3 cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Egg whites
- 1 Banana, mashed
Step 1
Mash banana and combine all ingredients until mixed well.
Step 2
Pour batter slowly onto a medium-sized pan over low-medium heat.
Step 3
Cook 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Heat caramel sauce in a small sauce pan over low heat.
Step 5
Stack your pancakes up and drizzle with warm caramel sauce.
Step 6
