Make This Chocolate Chip Pizookie In Less Than 20 Minutes

My friends and I eat at BJ’s for the sole purpose of getting a pizookie for dessert. Unfortunately, the closet BJ’s to UC Berkeley is 20 miles away. That’s 40 minutes by car or 1.5 hours by public transportation #notworthit.

Now, we make pizookies at home. It takes less than 20 minutes and is insanely easy. You mix everything in one bowl, dump it into a cake pan, bake it, and then eat to your heart’s content.

If you aren’t sure what this “pizookie” thing is—picture a large cookie (the size of a personal pizza) with a generous helping of ice cream. Drooling yet? Make it yourself.
