    Chop almonds and toast for 3 minutes.

    Cut bacon into small pieces.

    Cook butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract over medium-heat until mixture turns a golden brown.

    #SpoonTip: The caramel should be the color of a raw almond.

    Spread toasted almonds over baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour caramel over almonds.

    #SpoonTip: If you don’t have parchment paper, you can butter the baking sheet.

    Sprinkle half of your chopped bacon over the caramel.

    Add chocolate chips and spread with butter knife.

    Sprinkle remaining bacon over melted chocolate. Then refrigerate for at least 1.5 hours.
