    Cut each slice of babka into 8 pieces to form small chunks.

    Combine eggs, milk, 1/4 cup of sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl. Whisk until combined.

    Take an 8 in x 8 in baking dish and coat the bottom with melted butter. Add the chunks of babka.

    Pour the egg mixture over the babka pieces. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
