Whether you're a fan of oatmeal raisin cookies or cranberry oatmeal, these can be adapted both ways. They're chewy and decadent with a pop of sweet and tart from yogurt-covered craisins.

I bought these yogurt-covered craisins to snack on, but it hit me, these would be amazing in an oatmeal cookie. Truthfully, this was my first experience baking them, and I adapted a regular oatmeal yogurt-covered raisin recipe

I'm a fan of chewy cookies, so I swapped the entire cup for brown sugar. Of course, the essential change was the yogurt-covered craisins. All in all I impressed myself, they're a must try.
