Ah a nice Thai-insprired pasta salad. Sounds like something my mom would whip together and I would undoubtedly disregard the work that goes along with it. However, it also something I would never have thought of myself (that is unless it comes in an easy Mac variety).     Ingredients

  • spaghetti
  • cucumber
  • green onion
  • matchstick carrots
  • peanut butter
  • teriyaki
  • rice wine vinegar

    Slice the cucumber very thinly.

    I'm not kidding, this cucumber was so fresh, you would be shocked to know it was shipped across the country to my doorstep.

    Thinly slice the green onions, set aside.

    Combine Teriyaki, Sriracha, peanut butter, and rice wine vinegar to make sauce
