  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
