These Cauliflower Tots Are the Perfect Side to Any Breakfast

Any classic breakfast is met with a side of potatoes. Hash browns, home fries, and tater tots are the most common, but who said you need potatoes? Cauliflower tots are a great way to eat veggies in a new and interesting way. 

You will truly be surprised at how much these tots taste like the real thing. Cauliflower rice easily takes on the texture of potatoes.

  1. Mix cauliflower rice, breadcrumbs, and egg in a bowl until mixture is sticky.

    Mold mixture with a spoon to look like tater tots. Place them on a lined cookie sheet.

  3. Place in a 350°F oven until golden brown.
