This Cauliflower Steak is Sure to Please Meat and Veggie Lovers Alike

Nothing can replicate a nice, thick, juicy piece of steak. That being said, anyone can indulge in a juicy cauliflower steak, no matter their dietary preferences.

So for you meat lovers out there, this isn't going to taste like a steak. But, it's a great way to mix up the way you get your veggies. 

Cauliflower Steaks

Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano

Step 1

Cut a head of cauliflower into thick "steak" slices. The larger the knife, the easier it will be to get a perfect slice.

Step 2

Place "steaks" on lined baking sheet. Lightly coat with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano. Place in a 350°F oven until tender, around 20 minutes.
