So for you meat lovers out there, this isn’t going to taste like a steak. But, it’s a great way to mix up the way you get your veggies.

    Cut a head of cauliflower into thick u0022steaku0022 slices. The larger the knife, the easier it will be to get a perfect slice.

    Place u0022steaksu0022 on lined baking sheet. Lightly coat with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano. Place in a 350°F oven until tender, around 20 minutes.
