So, here’s the perfect solution: a 25-minute recipe that will curb your cravings and keep you on track with eating healthy. Introducing the no-carb, low-sodium, somehow still delicious alternative to fried rice: cauliflower.
Cauliflower Fried Rice

Mince the green onion and garlic and set aside.
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and pulse in a food processor until it is the consistency of rice.
Heat the sesame oil and frozen vegetables in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the cauliflower, green onion, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the beaten egg and soy sauce. Stir gently and consistently until the egg is cooked through and mixed in.
Let the rice cool for a few minutes and then serve. Option to add more soy sauce as needed.
