- Vanilla frosting
- Red pearl candies
- 3 tablespoon corn syrup
- Red food coloring
- 1 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1 1/2 ounce apple brandy
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Whipped cream
- Decorative straws
- 1/2 candy apple prepared in advance
- Red sprinkles

Frost the outside rim of your serving glass.

Sprinkle the red pearl candies over the frosting to cover.

Mix the corn syrup with a few drops of red food coloring. Using a spoon, pour pea-sized amounts of the corn syrup around the inside rim of the glass to create a drip effect. Set aside.

In a blender, add the ice cream, apple cider, apple brandy, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
