Brussels Sprout Chips That Will Make Healthy Eating Delicious

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Sewanee chapter.

I have two loves: chips and brussel sprouts. They are probably the most complete and total opposites in the food world I could have picked as my favorites. These loves are very important to me because they bring me much happiness. In searching for new ways to incorporate both into my life, I discovered a delicious solution. You guessed it- brussels sprouts chips. All brussels sprout fanatics may now jump for joy.

This recipe is great if you have a salty craving and aren’t willing to give up the hard work you put into the gym 20 minutes prior. The recipe itself is very easy to make, but it includes a little time for prepping. With this recipe, brussel sprouts can be the next snack everyone will love.

I spend most my days sleeping, eating, and playing volleyball! I am not the best cook out there, and I am hoping to change that. I absolutely love Memphis, my hometown, and Sewanee of course!
