Personal Pan Brownies to Make When You Don’t Want to Share

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Duke chapter.

Ever since trying skillet cookies (also known as pizookies) for the first time, I’ve been fascinated by cast iron skillets. You can use them to make bread, breakfast foods, and unbelievable desserts. However, every time I use one, I find myself with enough food to feed a small army. While at my grandma’s house last week, she showed me her new mini cast iron skillets from Amazon. In my opinion, they’re revolutionary for a single college girl like myself. They’re perfect for personal sized, single serving dishes. Sharing can be hard, especially with desserts these days, so read on to find out how to make these unbelievable, personal pan brownies.
