Banana Oatmeal
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 2-3 minutes
Total time: 4-5 minutes

Ingredients
1 ripe banana
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Choice of toppings (berries, raisins, nuts, peanut butter etc.)
Directions
- Mash banana in mug.
- Top with oats, milk, and cinnamon.
- Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Stop halfway to stir.
- Add toppings and enjoy!
Scrambled Eggs
Prep Time: 1 minute
Cooking Time: 1-1½ minutes
Total Time: 2-2½ minutes

Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Coat 12 oz. mug with cooking spray.
- Add eggs and milk; beat until blended.
- Microwave on high for 45 seconds; stir.
- Microwave until eggs are almost set; 30-45 seconds.
- Top with cheese, salt, and pepper.
French Toast

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup milk
1 egg, beaten
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon white sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 slices of bread, cut into cubes
Directions
- Melt butter in the bottom of the mug, about 30 seconds. Tilt mug to coat all sides in butter.
- Stir melted butter, milk, egg, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla extract together.
- Press bread cubes into milk mixture.
- Microwave on high until set, about 90 seconds.
