Blueberry Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies That Are Even Better Than Grandma's
Oatmeal cookies have always been a love of mine. Something about the soft, chewy, brown-sugary goodness keeps us in a long-distance relationship that makes me feel guilty even enjoying other cookies. I decided to take my craving into my own hands and recreate the fabulous oatmeal cookie I have always prized. This blueberry chocolate chip oatmeal cookie recipe is an adaptation of a traditional oatmeal cookie, but tastes just as good.
Try walnuts or pecans for more variation, or feel free to leave out any of the add-ins if you desire the more traditional route. Either way, be sure not to overcook these to ensure the savored chewiness of every perfect cookie. Bon appétit!
