Blackberry Ricotta Pizza with Basil

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

    Roll out and knead pizza dough to about 12 inches in diameter.

    Drizzle with olive oil and use fingers or brush to coat well, especially the edges.

    Mash blackberries in a bowl with a fork and spread onto dough.

    Top with parmesan and mozzarella.

    Place dollops of ricotta evenly around pizza.

    Top with whole fresh blackberries, chopped green onions, salt and pepper.

    Bake in oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until crust starts to brown. Remove from oven and top with basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, slice and enjoy!
