Chicken Parmesan Cups

Preheat oven to 400°F degrees.
Place the olive oil in a skillet and cook chopped onions for a few minutes until starting to turn translucent. Add chopped chicken and cook.
Once the chicken has cooked (no longer pink), add marinara sauce to the skillet and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
Cut puff pastry into 9 pieces and place them in a muffin tin that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Fill with chicken marinara, top with breadcrumbs, and place in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Take out and top with parmesan cheese and place back in the oven until cheese has melted, about 2-3 minutes.
